Shipping
All items are shipped by Australia Post unless otherwise specified.
You will be able to view all shipping charges in the shopping cart when you finalise your purchases. All available options for parcel and express parcel post will be displayed with the cost of shipping to the specified delivery address.
As we have no control over parcels once submitted with Australia Post, approximate delivery time frame should be used as a guide only.
Please allow up to 10 days for metropolitan areas and 14 days for regional areas.
Parts of the Northern Territory and Northern Western Australia may take longer.
If your purchase does not arrive within 14 days please advise us via the contact us page specifying your details so that we may either;
(a) Locate your purchase
(b)Send a replacement product or
(c) Provide a refund or store credit, depending on the information we receive from Australia Post.
Returns
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
• are faulty
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
• do not do what they are supposed to.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
We do not normally give refunds if you:
• simply change your mind, or
• make a wrong decision.
